Yeah, I dunno how you could have go-away heat with Bubba...especially now...guy is on fire. 40 years old, best shape of his life...best work as a singles wrestler...and is just your classic bully heel...he really is doing a good job overall, and not just his work with Abyss...he was doing some strong work when he was in that corny Immortal shit. Kudos to Calfzilla, I say.Comment

That was pretty awesome. Don't quite understand the case though, all depends what type of insurance Missy had.
Also, she probably blew Mathis before and after the show. No doubt about it.Comment

She called Fonzy to console her and go out.
Fonzy was driving her Porsche and rear ended someone.
Insurance paid for the $7000+ in damages, however, she had to pay a $500 deductible.
She wanted Fonzy to pay for the $500 deductible.
Fonzy claimed it was her fault he got into the accident.
She wins.

I'd like to know how these people own Porches.
Were these the only two people Paul E. was paying?Comment

That was confusing too. I was under the impression both of these people were making about $500 a month since 1997.Comment

RE: back to the podcast...
RERE: Kenny King...
You guys support Kenny King's heel turn as he clearly does not support the Code of Honor?Comment
-
The code of honor was never there. They gave him the right to look for other deals, he did and he found an upgrade. He's not a heel at all in my mind. It's like the Ray Allen situation Boston fans are crying about now. Guy has no contractual association with a team or organization and moves on, no reason to get mad at him. Someone like Silas Young who bolts out of obligations to go to another company deserves scorn. King had nothing keeping him in ROH but the tag titles. If he passes up the opportunity from TNA he may never get out of ROH or that 3rd tier.Comment

Only was brought up on what went down through Meltzer....it makes sense for King since ROH is not doing as many dates as expected. King has to look out for him, especially if the writing is on the wall with ROH.
Sinclair isn't gonna pay his bills if they're running a handful of dates through the summer or whatever they're doing.

King was a free agent, end of story. Had he physically signed the extension that stated he could negotiate but not wrestle, i'd side with ROH. He signed no such document, so the "verbal agreement" ROH is claiming simply doesn't hold up. Especially since even the ROH side admits that King was wary of such a deal to begin with.
The TNA offer was clearly time sensitive, it was now or never since Thursday was the last of the XDiv tryouts and Sunday is the PPV. He was free agent, got an offer, and took it.
The only possible angle where you could knock King is that he left without dropping the belts. From an old school perspective, that's a no-no. However, shame on ROH for putting the titles on him in the first place, knowing he could jump at the end of the month.Comment
