Outside of the Ric Flair Rumble...I can't recall watching a Rumble match twice.

One of the worst because the time intervals were the shortest ever. Plus, the # of top stars at the time was paltry.

I watched the 1988 USA Network Rumble that Duggan won about 1,000 times, to the point I wore out the Memorex VHS I recorded it on.

no clue why they would willingly allow people to watch 1995

i was duped into watching it. i kind of liked the fast pace with the entrants but other then that it was weak. king kong bundy got jobbed, i thought he had it in the bag.

I was at the 2008 one...place was buzzing for Taker and Shawn at the start. The pop for Cena's surprise entry was ballistic.

Believe to this day Hardy should have beat Orton for the belt...even though he was popped for a positive test weeks later. Before the show began, going to the seats, tons if people were talking Hardy. Their build for him leading to that match was epic.

I remember going to a RAW a while back and everyone I ran into was talking about how Hardy was going to win Money in the Bank that year and go on to be WWE champion, yet that day he failed a wellness policy test and lost the IC belt to Chris Jericho in a very good match I might add.

                            A question for W2B...

What kind of money could Zack Ryder make on the Indie scene...

If you consider Colt Cabana being perhaps, the "most popular" Indie performer...and he's got 110K twitter followers and a popular wrestling podcast...Ryder has nearly a million followers on Twitter and a popular wrestling Youtube show...

That's a lot of ability to market himself and whatever wrestling promotion he shows up on...surely, someone sees value in that...

What do you think he could make working the Indies these days?

I'd hypothesize he could be one of the top paid guys...that's a lot of potential eyes on someone for promotion.

He'd certainly be huge on the East Coast with his gimmick
