Catching up on NOAH.

Apparently, the new rookie, Hitoshi Kumano, is the first native rookie to debut from the dojo in SEVEN YEARS. And it took a mass exodus of talent to leave for it to happen.

NOAH didn't have a single native wrestler under the age of 35 before this man debuted.

Kumano, plus the Von Erichs, plus Nichols & Haste from Australia, represent the first dose of truly fresh blood in NOAH since Atsushi Aoki/Ippei Ota/Genba Hirayanagi debuted in 2005/2006. Crazy.

So tomorrow kicks of the start of a big week of wrestling here in town. I'm going to meet Hernandez and Velvet Sky tomorrow (one of my good friends is Hernandez's agent/attorney) at a fundraiser they are hosting. Hoping that the TNA PR department will officially book her on the podcast for Wednesday. Looking forward to the TNA meet & greet on Saturday, followed by the RCW event on Saturday night and then the TNA PPV on Sunday night.
