Supposedly, WWE Network is getting some traction (lolz)...
12.99-14.99 a month.
All PPVs but WrestleMania will be available on the channel.
They need a million subscribers to break even on the network.
Will be out between 2013 and 2015...methinks late 2014 is when to expect it.
With that said...
13-15 a month? With all the PPVs? I think that's an easy buy for any wrestling fan.Comment

I'd buy it at 15 dollars a month. Are the PPVs live on the network or just replays? Not that it really mattersComment

It would be tempting due to the PPVs but I would really only decide based on the other content available. If they offer a lot of wrestling-related programming, it would be an absolutely easy decision for me. I had WWE-on-Demand for awhile and being able to watch full episodes of Raw and Nitro from the MNW, as well as old Mid Altantic Wrestling shows, made it more than worthwhile. If all they show is reality type shows with WWE talent and all the WWE Films, then fuck it. $15 isn't a ton... but its $200 a year. I can find every one of those PPVs for free if they interest me enough to do so. At this point, the E has to earn my money.Comment

I should submit my resume for Scheduling Director.
A WWE Network should/would be the easiest channel in the world to schedule and market. The WWE has a ton of tapes, they have a ton of shows, they have a ton of easy, low-cost potential for original programming.
They must be hiring some real chowderhead motherfuckers to fuck up this potential network...par for the course for McMahon, though...anything but wresting, he fucks up...even a wrestling NETWORK got fucked up already.
All they need a network for is to regurgitate the light years worth of content they already own. How fucking hard is that?Comment

They've been hiring & firing people for the network for the past year. I remember the top network job being considered a black hole among people in TV.
The biggest thing is distribution, I'll assume they find it difficult to get a bunch of the top cable/satellite companies on board. They project something like 3 or 4 million customers early on, I'm not so sure that's realistic unless that's a goal after 1 year.
24/7 On Demand was always in the 6 figure range I think although they rarely pushed it on television over the years.

If WWE can somehow get a partnership with a Japanese and Mexican promotion I'd love to see some Lucha or Japanese wrestling on the networkComment

Hey VSN brethren, nice to see you all again. My roommates and I, with the combination of boredom and a whole lotta weed, have reignited our wrestling addictions.
Where can I find full episodes of NXT for free, and do they show them on TV or is it solely Hulu Plus now?sigpicComment
