It needs to be explored I'd say. Its been over a year now and there has been little improvement in the team. In fact I'd argue the team this time last year is better than the one we have now.

Raheem looked good today. Very quick and good with the ball, needs to be given a couple games in the first team.

Progress has been made, we are just struggling to get over that final hurdle. 2 cups is not a bad season. This is only Kenny's first full season time must be given.

We've only won one cup. And progress hasn't been made. None of our signings have noticeably progressed since being brought into the squad. Things are not clicking and Dalglish has been unable to get it to work. As I mentioned I don't believe this team is any better and may actually be worse than the side at this time last year. Kenny's job needs to be in serious question at the end of this year, the level we're playing at is not acceptable.

While we haven't been consistent enough and been poor at times, we've had 2 good cup runs and we've also been brutally unlucky. Are we where I'd like us to be or where we should? No but progress has definitely been made.
