England France should be fun tomorrow. Joe Hart begins is ascent towards the #1 keeper in the world.
Will be interesting to see how it goes. I'd still take Casillas, Neuer, Valdes and Lloris ahead of him. Rene Adler might have been on the list had he not been so injured. Casillas is going to have to really struggle to give up his spot

I didnt know he was being serious. The list is quite long.

I thought that at first too, but then I went and looked in to keepers that I would prefer over him. Cech could be up there as well, but I think him and Hart are about level now. Buffon is good, but getting older. Julio Cesar had a rough year for Inter. Reina struggled for 'Pool, and I've never been a big fan of his. After that, you're in a class with Stekelenburg/Wojech/Akinfeev, guys who are talented but probably below Hart. I think the 7-8 range for Hart would be reasonable
I thought Italy/Spain was interesting, you could definitely look at it as a tactical matchup. Excited for Ukraine today, Yarmolenko and Konoplyanka on the wings is tasty.
Ireland had a very good 20 minutes. After that, they sucked.
Ireland was terrible the whole game. They looked like a women's team...no speed on defense, no anticipation on offense. Croatia outclassed Ireland from the start...Ireland's best player was fricking Corluka.
The only big upset was Denmark's win over Holland. Holland is in a killer group, so they might not even make it to the knockout stage now.
Its interesting to me how many non-Germans are on the German national team. They used to be one of last holdouts to not adding "naturalized citizens" to the team. That said, the result against Portugal is to be expected. Germany plays like a team, Portugal is a bunch of ball-hogs who like to complain.
England-France should be good. I predict a 1-0 France win and outrage in England with the typical "why isn't England better?".
Finally going to get to watch some games since the first day. Saturday I slept all day because I was so tired after working all night. Sunday I was gone all day. Missed the first half of the England-France game.
