He's going on trial while apparently Southampton are still trying to finalize a fee

Seems like solid business from us, see if he can play first. Is the deal basically he wants to play for us and is willing to risk it by practicing with us, rather than just signing straight up for Southampton? It seems like a rare occurence especially when you consider its a decent transfer fee for him.

United were given a heads up by Ole about this kid a while ago, but nothing ever came of it. Apparently he can play. Last I saw Fulhams name was in the mix too.

Just saw that M'Villa said he would go to QPR too. Damn, one of the hottest young properties in Europe at one time. Anxious to see if its true.

Now Forren is not doing the trial and is talking with Southampton.

Word is he wants to be first choice and you can't blame him. Hope he enjoys the Championship next season.

Like Remy's deal, I have to think there is a clause that lets him out on the cheap if they do go down

There probably is. I guess it's a good way to get exposure in the Prem and to put your talents on display, accepting an offer from a relegation threatened club that is.

Stoke and FC Dallas have come to terms for the sale of Brek Shea. Pending on 2 days of physical testing he will be sold to EPL. $3.5m range
I really wanted to see Brek in the PL. But just not with Stoke. Now im sad because his career will be fucked. With the slight glimmer of hope Pulis doesnt fuck him like he did Edu.......

Well he'd have that at Newcastle too.

NUFC have agreed a deal for Massadio Haidara from Nancy. I have never seen him play and am just now trying to dig up info. More depth on the back line and the more that can done to ensure Perch never plays again, the better.

There is also a rumour that Newcastle are in for Moussa Sissoko. He's out of contract in the summer and apparently available for free. I'd be quite happy with him as well

Reading the L'Equipe archives, they seem pretty impressed with Haidara. They valued him at €8m in November so hopefully we got him for a bit less
