The goalie interference call last night against the leafs was killed the momentum they had going.

Same thing happened today in the caps/pens game and its a good goal. Just beyond a joke.

Lack of scoring depth continues to be an issue for the poor leafs. In games against top teams this year they've been hanging in there but just no offensive skill. Although to be fair losing Lupul early on really hurt.

Reimer seems back to form though. He played excellent last night.

    Leafs offseason training!

Kunitz is just a sexy beast this week.

Washington is just a terrible team all around. Nothing is happening with anything on their team.
All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

      "rammer" and "cummings"

The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.

Phantom goalie interference calls are awesome.

Yeah they are getting a little insane. CBC showed a bunch after the Ottawa game and they were just .

Owners had the option to review goalie interference calls but they said no to it at the last board meeting. I think it will happen sooner or later because it needs to. The Hemsky one on quick was pure goalie interference, but Neil's on Price was not even close.

CBC taking some heat this morning. Their setup for HNIC has been beyond odd lately and saturday night had a shit ton of issues during the leaf game. Technical and personel wise.

Healy ranting and raving about how good Dougie Hamilton was all night was beyond hilarious. Especially since he said multiple times he was drafted in the 9th round and that the bruins scouts found a real gem that late. I really had to facepalm at that.

TSN's bias towards hockey is so fun. If you go to the site right now, you would have no idea the Superbowl was even played yesterday unless you click on the NFL section.

Nothing wrong with that. This morning they had SB coverage on the front page, but now it's back to the only game that matters.
