I think its one of those situations where he's thinking "Why don't they just go out and get a Top Flight A+ manager" when in reality AVB led Tottenham to their highest point total ever last season. I question his knowledge because he thinks Tottenham, while they've never been relegated, is in that top tier with Arsenal, Man C, Liverpool, and Chelsea, despite only once having a top 4 finish.
