I think you could argue big boys like ROH, Chikara, CZW, PWG all peaked somewhere in that period, plus the ECWA Super 8 was still a thing, and you had Samoa Joe, Punk, Danielson, Nigel, Aries, Briscoes, Hero, Generico, Steen, Davey, Necro, Claudio, Quack, Super Dragon, Lethal, Strong, Shelley, Evans, Colt, Homicide, Low Ki, and a bout a billion more guys im forgetting all tearing it up everywhere at the same time.

Guys in the Indies today are cool and all...but not on that level of the early to mid 2000's. Those guys are on another level.

My only gripe with that period of the Indies...you had too many guys trying to do Iron Man shit...Punk and Danielson trying too hard to go way over an hour too often. Fuck that.

Inspire Pro joined the NWA tonight. No name change. They will be the hub of the NWA women's title & division, so Biss is back booking the NWA Women's title once again.

Just to give you an idea of the working conditions from yesterday...





And to top it off... super REFEREE, Wrestler, and Northern Lights cruiserweight champion BUCK GUNNDERSON.. also driving the U-Haul to unload the ring after the show.



I got a huge kick out of that. Ethan Page was noticably angry at the crowd of lets say 30 people. He is a strong worker and deserves better than that. Lionel Knight and Josh Alexander put on a really strong match considering the conditions, and I personally made sure to praise them both personally after their match. I legit felt bad for these performers, the crowd was ass, even for 30 people, and I was just trying to make as much noise as possible. They told me they really appreciated that.

Sammy G cut a shoot promo & quit RCW. I figured it was part of the Inspire vs RCW storyline. Biss had an "oh shit" look on his face and scurried to the back during the promo. Since Biss is a character in the storyline and "invades" RCW with Great Depression, I figured he was just selling the promo. Nope. lol. Sammy G went into business for himself.

Then Great Depression basically squashed Honky Kong in the Inspire vs RCW match, adding fuel to the fire.

So Sammy G is done in San Antonio, and Oliver thinks Inspire double crossed him.

As Lance Hoyt always says when this shit happens, "wrasslin' business."

Oliver is legit boiling over right now, the facebook responses are still rolling right now. He didn't mention that it was Honky Kong that was the person to get squashed with the boot to the chest but he was saying that the RCW student wasn't sure how it went from being a DQ as planned to coming out as a squash and that Honky Kong went along with it....and that Masada or several of the other RCW regulars would have broken Depression's ankle for that shit.
