#1 pick in Fantasy Football 2012

Strategy in a fantasy draft usually goes out the window pretty quickly. Somehow I managed to get the 5 guys I wanted in the first 5 rounds (Shady, CJ, Blount, Welker, and Witten) and I won the league. But it wasn't because of that, it was more because I pulled Marshawn Lynch in like the 8th round and got Jordy off the waiver wire. My QB was Schaub, but after he went down it rotated between Alex Smith, Palmer, and Hasselbeck.

Almost everyone should be able to get a good RB, 2 good wrs, and a good QB. Its getting that 2nd rb or 3rd wr that'll put you over the top. And luck.

Maybe this year I'll put some effort into drafting. I know I suck at FF.

Last season I had the 11th pick of a 12 team league. I took Chris Johnson and on the comeback I took Matt Ryan since everyone went QB heavy. By the time it got to me again I needed another QB so I had to go Matt Cassel. And then the wheels fell off as I just went stupid and picked Gates and Witten for my 2 TE's (we use 2) and then Green Bay defence. Needless to say I was just fucking around.

Rebound year!
 
Unless you can get one of the few elite qbs you can usually wait to get a decent one. I got Romo in round 5 or 6 this year.
