2011 Re-Draft: JJ Watt or Von Miller?

Watt poses a threat in several ways and demands double teams vs the run or the pass. Miller and Aldon are special pass rushers but Watt is better an more valuable because he can impact a game in more ways.

In all seriousness, Andy Dalton is the best QB from the 2011 draft so far. I don't know why you think Cam just wins that title by default.

The Broncos boast the best run defense in the NFL since Week 6, ranking first in yards per game (74.8) and YPC allowed (3.4).
Von Miller has been far and away the most dominant run defender at linebacker in the league, and the Broncos have gotten a boost from veteran MLB Keith Brooking on early downs. It's a tough matchup this week for Trent Richardson, who has been held below 3.0 YPC over the past five games.

The thing about Miller and Watt that separates them from Smith is thier ability to beat one or even two blockers on their own.

I'd love to see videos of all of Aldon's sacks because I'll bet anything that 80% of them were a result of Justin Smith holding the guard on that little twist play they run in San Fran.

Miller has gotten much better against the run and the pass this season and is far from the on dimensional pass rusher we saw last season.

I don't watch ESPN other than MNF really, certainly none of the talking head or recap shows, and showing me one play where Smith didn't need the line twist to get a sack doesn't disprove what I'm saying.

I've seen both the 49er/Seattle games and the 49ers/Chicago game in their entirety via shortcuts and I was just making an observation based on what I saw compared to what I've seen from Miller.

Show me a Von Miller sack this year that has come as the result of a line twist or stunt and not him just mauling a right tackle into the backfield or spinning away from a blocker or two on his own..
