Are you kidding? Have you seen him play? Never steps into the pocket, throws off his back foot, slings the ball wherever he wants. If he was such a great pro-bowl quarterback he would be having a better season despite his team.
Not to mention, other teams would have been willing to give up picks for him besides the Bears. Also, if he was such a great quarterback don't you think McDaniels would have kept him?
I'd love for you to find me the part where I said he was "great". Of course he's been pretty mediocre this year, but he's the far and away the best talent they have on the offensive side of the ball.
But again blaming him and calling him a "bad" quarterback is just stupid, IMO. Of course he hasn't helped his own cause but he is hardly the number one reason why this Bears team is in disarray.
