- Overeem tested positive for 14:1 (as we knew). Overeem tried to flee the building at time of random test, jumped into a car and sped off despite being told that he had to stay to give a sample. Claims he "didn't realize" he needed to stick around and was going to an interview, then changed that he was going to talk about his battery case, then changed that he was going to try to avoid Golden Glory serving him papers. UFC says they made it entirely clear that he needed to stick around.

Overeem brought in this guy to testify on his behalf, claiming this is who prescribed him the tainted anti-inflammatory meds:

Dr. Hector Molina of Colleyville, TX, was brought in by Overeem at the hearing. He said he couldn't recall exactly what he told Overeem as far as what was in the medication he was prescribing. He did not fare well at the hearing where he was reminded more than once that he was under oath.

Molina's past includes being fined $25,000 in the past and placed on restrictions for three years for prescribing controlled stubstances and dangerous drugs over the Internet without establishing a proper doctor/patient relationship, drugs that included morphine, codeine, metahdone, Vicodin and anabolic steroids.

He wasn't suspended. His application for a license was denied and he cannot apply again until January.

Sonnen's suspension was cut to 6 months I believe in appeal.
