The Tigers "walk off" the field after a game winning RBI off the bat of Brandon Inge in extras.

The Tigers needed 11 innings to beat the Athletics by a 4-3 final, in front of a crowd of 27,226 fans at Comerica Park. Jeremy Bonderman received a no decision despite giving up only 3 runs over 8 innings. With the game on the line in extras, veteran Bobby Seay came through for his club and pitched a flawless 3 innings to earn his 2nd win of the season after a Brandon Inge RBI triple would win the game in the bottom half of the 11th.
