In a good way or what? Some things I hear/read say yes, others say no.

Beat the first 2 games thought they were ok, ordered this game from GF got it a week ago. But still haven't put it in yet been busy with black ops am I doing anything wrong?

Ahh good in the sense that there pretty much has to be another game and also good that the mystery is still alive. The twist is quite interesting and there is a little bit more added on during the credits as you hear something else happening.

Bad in the sense that barely any of the desmond story was revealed.

There is more stuff about subject 16 but I didn't go through any of it.

Honestly I'm glad I paid the 10 bucks and rented it. $60 is still way to much for the full game.

I'm starting to wonder if AC3 will be Desmond's story with very little animus (though, I really was hoping for industrial era London).

I'm not sure how far through I am through the main story, though reading the actual history, it's good that they're sticking to most of it.

I have all of the Borgia towers down, all 10 assassins going, 4 of which have been accepted into the brotherhood. I have over 80% of Rome rebuilt, with one district being at 98% (I think I just have to buy the Palazzo Senatoro).

At some point, I have to find the other glyphs. I only have 2.

In the plotlines:

 

I have the apple, and just started the sequence with it.

Its kinda wierd how I did the opposite. I did the whole game with maybe 5 or 6 assassins and never used them unless I was supposed to. Didn't care about rome being rebuilt and only burnt down the towers that were in annoying places.

 

The whole apple part is annoying and dumb imo. I'd rather knife guys instead of using that stupid thing, you're really really close to the end at this point

If you complete all the Virtual Training missions(bronze or better) you get a fucking awesome outfit.

I finished the game and got to 75% synch to get the last Christina mission.

On to multiplayer. I've played a few games, not many. Saw someome get 6 kills and 800 points, which I thought was funny... consideirng I had 7 kills and about 3000 points.

Played a lot more multiplayer tonight. Up to level 13. Level 14 brings morph, so I'll have that soon.

I'm doing rather well. I've played 17 matches; I've won at least 5 or 6. My worst finish is 6th (of 8) on a game where I just couldn't get started.

Remember, it's not about how many kills you have, but how you get them. I've seen players with 10 kills and 1500 points.

I was beating a level 25 guy in multiplayer when I was level 14. Had some competitive matches the other day, and didn't finish below 4th; think I won one or two. Getting good at stunning, too.

Desmond is going to be tripping balls though when AC3 comes around. Well he's already partly there but it'll be interesting to see what they do now.

I just wish they would finish up the story though. I hate constant sequels for things and generally lose interest along the way.

A few things:
Rumor is that AC3 will be in... revolutionary France. This comes from the two symbols that Sean sees at the end of the game.

Up to level 32 in multiplayer. I was in a few games yesterday with two level 50s and a 43. I won one of them with a last second kill on the leader (who was level 50). Feels good to win those.

I've been playing the absolute SHIT out of the SP. I was a huge fan of AC2, and this game is the perfect epilogue to that.

I've probably put in a good 30 hours just running around doing random shit, and I'm on the 7th mission. This game is just that good....Ezio is probably my favorite character from a game in a long, long time.

I haven't touched the MP yet. I really want to beat the game before I do anything else. It's just that good.

As of last night, I was top 150 (of 600k+) in kills, getting about 475 points per, averaging a bit under 3700 points/session.

PS3. I'll probably be getting into the MP within the next week or so. I just finished sequence 7, but before I get into the end game, I want Brutus' armor and finish all the Subject 16 stuff.

I only have the Vatican Romulus den left, and 2 more clusters....2 more heavy game sessions should finish it up.

They did a new thing with the 2.0 update - Templar Score. There are three types of games (free for all, co-op and team), and you can get a score for each and total. I think it's based on your top 3 scores in the week.

I only play free for all, but I'm currently #33 in the world.

They expanded the single player - Leonardo Da Vinci gets kidnapped. I haven't played through the missions yet.

On multiplayer, they added two new modes (Assassinate and Escort), four new characters, and one new map (day and night). Also, the pre-sale characters are now available to everyone. I think there are 19 now.
