Watching the trailer, I noticed references to Two Face, the Penguin and Black Mask.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This game will rock.

Two Face is dressed as Uncle Sam on the "We Want You" posters.

At the start of the video there's a building with an "Iceberg Lounge" on it. The Iceberg Lounge has always been the Penguin's classic hideout.

Right after the camera enters the building and the mask drops down, the camera pans up to show a large "Sionis" sign. Roman Sionis is Blackmask's real name.

And the Joker really looks fucked up in this one!

yeah this game will be sick. the first was awesome and they have a foundation for a blockbuster hit with the 2nd game. They just need to expand on the SP. It would be amazing if they had gotham like a huge GTA4 map and then allowed you to play sandbox style.

only if they do it perfectly...the first one was somewhat sandbox style, you could deviate from the main quest and focus on riddle challenges and whatnot. id be happy if it was in the same style as the first...

LOL i beat the game 100% in like 3 days except for some of the fighting challenge modes. It was a real fun and addicting game looking forward to the next one.

UK, March 9, 2010 - Batman's divisive sidekick Robin could be making an appearance in the forthcoming Arkham Asylum 2, with early cast listings revealing the presence of The Boy Wonder.

An IMDB listing for Rocksteady's sequel to its genre-defying Arkham Asylum confirms that Mark Hamill reprises his performance as The Joker, who's to be joined by Two-Face with actor Bruce Greenwood taking on the character.

What's likely to prove more controversial is the inclusion of Robin, to be played by Vincent Martella who most recently voiced Hope Estheim in Final Fantasy XIII.

Warner Bros. has been coy about the news, telling Kotaku "To our knowledge, what you asked about is inaccurate information. We are not yet discussing details for the sequel."

IGN's resident Batman expert Alex Simmons was keen on the potential inclusion, saying "I think it's a good idea. [Robin's] not as much of a dick as people think he is."

As long as Robin isn't a playable character I'm fine. Keep it a single player game and don't try to add any co-op or multiplayer into it. If only for the simple fact that, if you and a buddy sit down to play, are either of you REALLY going to WANT to be the Boy Wonder?

i dont think it'll be the Boy Wonder, as the original Robin and Batgirl were young when they were with Batman, seeing as how the Oracle was in the game, Robin is probably Nightwing

you also missed Jason Todd, didnt the Joker kill him in the comics or something? could easily see him being used in the game to try and get Bats to do something, you also forgot Stephanie, the female Robin

The voice actors a dude...but since we're throwing throwing retarded options out there what about Carrie Kelly.
