Cedric Benson is a scrub who had a career year running through gaping holes created by an outstanding run blocking line. Any number of run of the mill backs could have had the year he had.

Owens & Johnson are declining players on the downside. Bryant may not be as flashy, but he may be the best of the three at this point. On third downs, when a tough grab is needed over the middle, where does this team go?

Then you have Marvin Lewis, the village idiot who would have found a way to lose with the 1985 Bears.

This team is a disaster waiting to happen.

Because he's white? Shipley is 4 inches taller, ran a sub-4.5 40 (Welker ran a 4.55) and is a solid big play threat. Quan Cosby is already returning kicks for Cincy, so I don't know if Shipley will even do that.

I fail to see any comparison other than skin tone and the likelihood that Shipley will play in the inside because of a stacked group of outside threats.

Benson isnt a scrub. He turned it up at the end of the 08 season Rushing for like 800 yards in the last few games. And btw..that was when our o line was shit. Last season..our O line was good...no denying that. Most of the time we had an extra Tackle lined up at the TE position giving us a stronger runner game.

T.O may be on the decline...that remaines to be seen. Judging off last year thought..I wouldnt exactly say he is yet.

Ocho cinco on the decline though? I strongly disagree. Last year was one of his best years conditioning wise and as far as the work he put in during the offseason. The dude is going all out to further his game as he is still taking up boxing classes to better his footwork and hand eye cordination. he had an off year because of palmers suckery and the run oriented system. Shit..thats been the case the past few years. Palmer sucks.

Itll work out. I believe this whole experience has humbled T.O. They gonna tear shit up. Brayant, Ownes and Chad not to mention Gresham!! Shit aint fair. How can you defend them? If Bryant gets healthy they have the best WR core in the league hands down.
