Best Buy- Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale(Oct 25-31)

Yea, so I just got back and did EVERYTHING just like you guys said. Got the 360/PS3 Rock Revolution (both were the only copies remaining lol) and FIFA 10. Went up to the register to some chick, she scanned 360 Revolution first, then FIFA 10, then the other Revolution, hit something on the keyboard and said $68.17 lol. So I pulled the gift card in the car trick and got the hell outta there. Ah well, I tried, everything went smooth like guys said so maybe they fixed the shit or I'm just that unlucky of a dude.

This is what id expect to happen, they give you the cheapest game free.
 
I just pulled it off twice. Got Borderlands and Batman for $10 a piece. Might go back and get Forza later. People could make a shit ton of money doing this.

yea i got caught, got some wrestling game for like $15, then the RR game for $5, i go up there and he says its actually $10, i'm like you stupid, it says $5 on the box, a manager happens to come by, and he says yea its $10, so i just left, i think he knew what i was doing, btw, they only had 360 copies of that game, only time i would actually ever buy a 360 game was then, oh well, pizza coming here in like 15 mins, got extra for tomorrow

This wont even be a blimp on their radar, they make so much money elsewhere.
 
Best Buy just wants attention, Wikipedia listed some other times they deliberately lowered the prices on stuff by "accident"
