hahaha, I would have guessed porche just based on comments here. But now they are turning on the Porche?

But some of the questions, were like what? The stealing boyfriend question prosche over Rachel?? The only thinking there is that maybe they thought Rachel is just happy with her man,,haha.

The vets did have a clear advantage going in. They got to partner up with someone they already trusted, AND already played the game, AND went far. The newbies never had a chance, even though they had numbers, they had no idea where they stood with their partners, if they could be trusted if they were good, etc etc. And the vets did.

Also anyone catch what Cassi said to Julie? She said something like going in to the house we knew it was going to be the vets vs. us. So I was thinking did they already know maybe? or it could have just been something she just mispoke and meant something else.
 
Has anyone here ever seen Big Brother After Dark? Some times when I'm flipping through the channels I see it on Showtime and watch for like 5 mins.


I've never watched the actual show though.
 
Ive had a thing for Dani since Season 8. Somethin about her just makes her seem sexy as hell to me.

I don't really like this year's new guests... Jordan's hawt, and I've had a real thing for Rachel since she's been on, lol @ brendan though

I definitely think the producers urge Brendan and Rachel to fight. Why else would Brendan stay with such a bitch? Unless she's a 10 in bed... but damn she isn't wifey material.

I really think the producers have very little influence on what goes on in the house. The only thing they have is diary room where they ask questions or ask for opinions or ask about what they think, etc., which they may or may not use during the show as sort of a narration.

well obviously, however the houseguests themselves see absolutely none of that. They are basically cutting 168 hours of footage + diary room time (10+ houseguests at this point) into 3 hours a week. So still the producers still dont lead people on, they just ask questions about what they think themselves is going on, and having the houseguest explain their own gameplay. The producers may indeed try (most of the time successfully) to get us to think or see people in a certain way through editing, and that they do, but they have no real influence at all in the game in and of itself.

They only thing producers really do that affects live gameplay is they tell the houseguests not to sing songs (copyright purposes), cuss on live tv or talk about pre-production. I also suspect they tell the HOH what order to put the keys in for nominations, to give an added drama and suspense feeling for television purposes, but that I suspect is after the HOH has already chosen.

Cassie is gorgeous.

This season's cast may go down as one of the worst. Kalia and Shelly are total idiots for siding with the Vets the first week. Kalia is dumb for voting based on her emotions alone, and Shelly is dumb for thinking the veterans are going to keep her until the end.

Porsche -- has she even said a word since the first week? She's maybe the most boring BB character to have ever played.

The only two newbs, Dom and Cassi, who had any idea what they were going up against when the veterans stepped in have been voted out (well, Dom's about to be voted out). Them being voted out wasn't down to poor play on their behalf because they had the right idea -- get rid of the veterans, who already proved they were threats in season's past. No, Shelly and Kalia decide to vote against Keith, ruining what little chance the newbs had of winning anyway.
 
Dom trying to get 4-4 vote but the tie with Rachel being HOH will vote him out. He'll need both Shelly and Porsche to get a 5-3 vote.

Right, and to compound the problem was the setup from the start from CBS.

They setup teams. (already done before too).

They put veterans with teammates whom they knew, trusted, and all played the game well and got very far if not won the game before.

They made the newbies 'pick' their partner on the spot without even knowing them. None of them knew each other, knew if they were good competitors, could be trusted, etc etc. This caused newbies to drift and lose the numbers. No way any vets would drift early, and of course they were teaming up early on.

Also the Golden key is unneccessary at the beggining of the the game. No need for a semi twist yet.

If CBS wanted to bring back the VETS AND team them up. Team them up with newbies. That would make it interesting at least. Still would have liked all new people.

Yeah the golden key is kinda stupid, especially because there are only 3 partners to choose from this week. I think this would have worked better without the golden key and if you didn't have to be nominated with your partner, mainly because for the newbs, it ruins the purpose of the partners. They aren't trying to work with their partners, rather they are just trying to outlast them.
