I think the story is a bit of a joke all the way around.

Favre chased after a ridiculously hot woman. Good heavens STOP THE PRESS! He's done it before, he may be doing it right now.

What's he guilty of?? Bad taste, but that's all that can be substantiated. Keep in mind, the key source here thus far is a tabloid rag.

Sterger is a beautiful woman who seems to have alot going for her, and if she was wronged, whether by Favre, or the Jets, I find that sad.. but I think she has gone about her quest for justice altogether the wrong way.

Sexual harassment and indecent exposure. You could also probably work stalking in there as well. Not that Roger Goodell needs proof that a crime was committed to suspend people arbitrarily.

First off, deadspin isn't a tabloid ... Second, they approached the friend, not the other way around. Jen had nothing to do with it, only after it came out did she agree to comply.

As far as I know, no criminal charges have been brought about. Sterger seemed to want to keep this private with a few friends, until one of them leaked it to deadspin. If she wanted to keep it quiet, why would would she file charges. When asked by the NFL, they did bring evidence of texts and pictures. And with all you clowns blaming the victon, she wants her name cleared of any wrongdoing.
