Freeman Error
I think all had periods where they were elite in the 90's. Junior was probably the only overarching elite player of the entire 90's...but the rest all had periods where they were of the best at the position. Some longer than others. Nickerson and Tuggle (two non-Hall of Famers) were probably the best of the rest that spanned the entire 90's. Meanwhile, you had players like Lewis and Mills as guys who were straddling decades but both had periods of elite play in the 90's. Hell, you even had Singletary at the very early portion of the 90's playing at a very high level along with guys like Mecklenberg who were more 80's players. Then you had short periods of elite play like Spielman, Kirkland, Norton Jr.
No doubt, but I was just more referring to guys like Seau who was firmly planted in the 90's and elite for a long period there.
