He has done it quietly, he shoots maybe 6 times a game on put backs or open jumpers and nails them, and averages about 9 rebounds a game. He's getting the job done. Just depends on how much he wants on that contract.

Heat to sign Bobby Jackson to 10 Day contract; Quinn, Magloire disgruntled with playing time

The Heat are desperate needing some sort of help at point guard. They are going to see if Bobby Jackson is the answer.

After playing for the Rockets and the Hornets last season, Bobby found himself without a team going into this season. With Chris Quinn struggling and complaining about playing time, the Heat thought they couldn't go wrong by signing Bobby Jackson to a 10 day contract. If they like him, they can have him for two more 10 day contracts, and if they don't they can let him go. He can play defense and shoot very well. But most importantly, he can be a veteran mentor for Mario Chalmers.

In other Heat news, Chris Quinn and Jamaal Magloire are mad about playing time. They both believe their playing time should be doubled at the least, and we all know that isn't happening with Joel Anthony playing great and Bobby Jackson coming in. These guys may be up on the trade block soon.​
