Chances of Saints going undefeated?

Sorry, guess I just don't get the logic behind "They're 10-0, so they're obviously going undefeated"



LOL who cares about what it was going in? This isn't college, it's not like you have to defend the schedule, you didn't make it, the league did. Now just admit it's been a favorable set up (both NY teams at home, New England on MONDAY NIGHT, toughest divisional game on MONDAY NIGHT, and a backloaded road schedule that's full of cupcakes, including trips to St Louis and Washington)....Again, not blaming the Saints, just highlighting a contributing factor in their unbelievable start. It seems like they've already played 8 home games.

But the thing is games like at washington we werent probably even picked to win the game seeing as how we lost to them last year at their place. The schedule seems favorable now but before the season started it was against us.

Like I said earlier, the odds are heavily against going undefeated. There's a reason only two teams have done that.

The biggest key to keep the success into the playoffs, though, is simply staying healthy. Injuries are a big reason for some close games against the Panthers and Rams. Starting DT Sedrick Ellis has been out since the Miami game, and since he's been out, our run defense has been poo.

And against St. Louis, three of the four starting DB's were injured. Add Ellis into that mix, and four defensive starters missed that game. Two more DB's went down against Tampa Bay, so it wouldn't surprise me if the Patriots did what they do to everyone else and pass all over us Monday night.

Undefeated or not, I'm just gonna enjoy the ride.

That is for the people who think the Saints are losing more than 2 games. I honestly can see the Saints losing only one game. All homerism aside. The people who claim ATL beats the Saints without Turner is nuts. They didn't win against a hurt Saints defense. Only reason they were close is because of the game Turner had.

Atlanta couldn't beat the Saints if they had Jim Brown in the backfield.

Their defense can't stop anybody. Saints would get TD's on every drive.

Stop acting like you guys have blown everyone out these past few weeks, the Saints almost losing to St Louis, trailing the Panthers and Dolphins for 6 combined. They are showing signs of vulnerability each week.
