You can say Pryor got rattled but I'd say he was just exposed. Get pressure on him and make him make decisions and you have a chance at beating them. It looked like he was just thinking too much out there instead of letting the game come to him towards the end.

Played about even I thought....Just lost to a better team no? USC Defense got settled in and only gave up 120 yds after the 1st.

And you have to had known that USC had at least one offensive drive in em...

Somehow i'm not making the connection between Tressel's 1970 offense being to blame for what ended up being a game decided by QB sneaks.

The game winning score was due to OSU selling out looking for yet another lethal QB sneak.

I'm no Tressel fan, but he wasnt the problem tonight. QB sneaks + Pryor shitting the bed = keeping USC in the game long enough for McKnight to make some plays at the end.

On another note, I think what Tressel is doing with Pryor is horrible. Their trying to make him into something he isn't. Pryor, to me is more of an athlete right now than a quarterback. Tress needs to do what Mack Brown and Texas did with Vince Young, run the fucking zone read and pass it every once in a while. Watching Pryor try to play under center is stupid, let the guy do what he does best, and that's to improvise.He can't do that with the play calling going on.

I'd say he just can't succeed with the type of offense he is being forced to run. So yeah, he isn't that good.

Yeah. If they expect to beat Cal, Oregon and even ND this year they are going to need to open up the offense from the get go.

I don't know. I think running up the middle of ND's defense is good enough for USC's stable of running backs. Inside runs have killed ND's defense so far this season (especially today).

USC played contain all game long on him, forcing him to sit in the pocket, and brought the blitz while doing it. When he set his feet you could see how much potential he has, like the strikes to Sanzenbacher and Posey. He got happy feet in the pocket, and USC proved he's not a pocket passer, but I think we all knew that.

I think I figured it out... we're locked in some sort of curse with Oklahoma.

Next year we're gonna play them in the BCS title game and its gonna end in a tie.

I didn't get a chance to see too much of their game today but if that's the case then ND should be a rollover. Any team without a stout line is gonna have trouble with USC.

Honestly, I can't really remember many substitutions happening along the d-line today. ND's problems are probably more about guys being gassed by the second half than anything else. You're in for some trouble late in games if you only have five guys playing on the defensive line for the entire game. The coaches definitely need to get a rotation going among those guys.

Terrelle Pryor in the clutch FTL. You looked awful that last drive.

Michigan...you aren't as good as you think you are. Tate is legit though.

Notre Dame, you still suck. Michael Floyd is an absolute beast however.

Penn State, please find your running game again. Clark can't throw every play.
