East Valley Tribune - The Cardinals passed on Arizona State’s Terrell Suggs in the 2003 draft (they traded out of the No. 6 overall pick for the chance to take two players — Bryant Johnson and Calvin Pace — instead) but they have another chance at the linebacker/sack specialist now.

Suggs is a free agent and told KTVK’s Brad Cesmat at Wednesday night’s ASU-Arizona basketball game that he would love to come back to Arizona and play for the Cardinals — who desperately need the skills he offers.

an Ray Lewis is not slwing down fast, and if Ray was slowing down he would restructure his contract and sit out if he thought he would be a liability on the field, that is just what ray would do so i say give him the contract

He wants to come back and be a Raven. He's a Raven at heart, blah blah blah.

Suggs is young, he'll go wherever the money is. If the Seattle Seahawks offer him the largest contract he'll be a Seahawk.

(IMO) Suggs and Ray will be Ravens; Dawan Landry (or Jim Leonard depending on who they stick with) and Bart Scott will probably end up in New York (jets).

However, if Suggs doesn't resign or get the Franchise, then he'll end up with Arizona.

Also Chris Mcalister will most likely be released this off-season. So that is more cap room needed.
 
Ray Lewis leave Baltimore to go with Dallas makes no sense. He wouldn't do that to Ed or Willis. He just had a great run with the Ravens this year in a top 2 defensive team, he has a ring, he's still identified as one of the best defensive players in the league. The only thing he really has to prove is that he can still play. Why would he want to leave Baltimore for Dallas, who can't seem to get their shit together?

Bmore Landry aint going anywhere, Ryan is in love with Jim and Corey so we finally get rid of ivy (YAH!!!!) and Landry is RFA so well put the first round tender on him, hes a great safety and one of the leagues best IMO

In his rookie season Dawan had 5 interceptions (1 for TD). Not to mention a shit ton of tackles.

I think he is worth it, not to mention the shit ton he had last year.

In 2007 he had not interceptions and only 1 sack. Last year he was injured for the entire season. Not to mention he plays on a defense with a lot of talent and a lot of stars on it. No NFL Team would pay a 1st round pick to get him. I also doubt The Ravens would pay him the first round tender when they have someone who may be just as good in Jim Leonard. Landry had only one good season which was 2 years ago. I think he is good enough to be a starter but he is no star safety.
 
Wow to compare Jim Loenhard to Dawan Landry is like comparing Peyton manning to Dan Orlovsky, Dawnan compliments reed well as he is the hard hitting, run support guy that is great , really grear, in coverage and a great tackler, aswell as leader, thr guy can do it all and Jim is okay, Landry rules and isnt worth 1st round pick but he is worth the 2.6 million dollar tednder for the first round pick
