Yeah what exactly is it going to take for Leach to get a job? His track record for winning and graduating players is top notch and the only mark against him is the retarded Adam James case. (and most smart people who don't work for ESPN find most of the details a little shady).

It has been but anyone with a brain or any knowledge of the James case would know is complete crap. He's a jerk, no doubt but he gets results and has ran some relatively clean programs.

Rich Rod on the other hand is a jerk, doesn't get results and runs dirty ass programs filled with violations.

I thought Maryland was going to hire Leach last year, and they didn't. I was actually going to start rooting for them- Leach would have brought excitement to the football field and would have actually made the team interesting and relevant. For him not to have a job with his track record is asinine.

I don't mind this hire. I disliked the type of program Rich Rod ran at WVU and Michigan, but, for all his faults at Michigan, his offense did work. I guess we'll see if Rich Rod has learned from his mistakes at UM, such as ignoring the talent on hand and hiring terrible coordinators, but I think he'll be given free rein in Tuscon to bring whatever type of player needs to be brought in.
