That thing just seems so weird to me. I haven't used it, and nobody here with Forza has either. However, I've seen it get some halfway decent reviews on some sim racing sites.

If you do end up picking Forza 4 up, you should join us for our Sunday night racing league. Pretty laid back racing and quite a bit of fun.

Which wheel are you using that is better? Just trying to get an idea, because I am big into auto racing and would like to pick up a wheel when ever I get Forza 4.

I have the Fanatec CSR wheel, it's more sim-like. It's $250, which seems like a lot, but it's not too bad compared to a lot of the wheels that are same quality. I bought my Microsoft one for around $100 off of ebay.

The Microsoft one is by far the best wheel you can get for that amount of money.
 
Back to the Speed Wheel topic I had asked.

I ended up buying the game yesterday along with the speed wheel. The wheel actually works really well, i was totally surprised. it achieved what i was after no question and is night and day better than racing with the control. it's an outstanding in between product if you don't want to mess with a wheel but have the wheel feel.

Only problem is they didn't put the fucking LB/RB buttons on the thing. if you wish to tune your car i guess you have to disconnect the wheel, connect the control, then switch back. Big fucking micorsoft mistake.

For you guys that play career mode if there are any of you, do you play world tour or what mode offers the most?

I just finished World Tour last night. That's usually all I do in single player, although sometimes I'll pick and choose an event from the events list. If I remember correctly, you get extra money and points from completing seasons, so that's why I stick to that. Plus you get some cheevos for finishing some of the seasons lol.

Btw, we're having an open race night this Sunday that isn't for points or anything. Just messing around since it's Labor Day weekend. Feel free to join us.
