To "celebrate" the release of the free Road America track, we're running some races tonight that are just for funsies. We'll run a variety of different classes and try and race most of the Road America circuit layouts.

We'll aim for around 9:15pm EST.

This track comes in a game update. Make sure you pop the game in and update before hand. If you want to join, go ahead and post in here so we know to invite you. Make sure you're following JMS (jms493) or I (Swarley133) on XBL.

Hardcore (check out race duration):

Multiplayer lobby they opened for this weekend only. Full simulation in P1's for the entire 12 hours. Need 6 drivers to be able to race. I'm not actually racing, I just wanted to see if what I'd heard was true.

Just realized there's only one more car-pack left that's included in the season pass. Yeah, definitely not buying the season pass. There's maybe a handful of cars that I'd actually want. Just going to purchase a few single cars, definitely the 2013 Holden Commodore. GIVE ME SOME FUCKING RACE CARS. Seriously, where are the GT3 cars? Where are the DTM cars? Where are the other GT and touring cars? This is Forza MOTORSPORT, right?

Hopefully the non-season pass DLC packs start including some things that I actually want, and maybe some new content and not just rebuilt crap from FM4.

 
Just another reason why I'm excited for Project CARS. They focus on the motorsport aspect.

Bought the 2013 Holden Commodore a little bit ago and wrapped it with the Holden Racing Team 2014 livery.

I'll have to run some laps with it and my older Ford Falcon and see how they compare.

Also of note, Inside Sim Racing is doing a big article on Forza 5 that will be dropping on the 10th. They can't talk about it b/c it's news that's not yet released.
