Gears 2 did a great job of handling Dom. That scene with his wife blew me away and was the peak of the series. Games I like are boss BTW.

Doms climax scene was such a surprise in GOW2 it was also very intimate...no sound other than he and marcus talking in some dark alcove of the Horde home.

His in GOW3 was a surprise to me ((but not for others I understand , I didnt think anything would happen till later))....but the entire scene in GOW3 was just as emotional , the fact they threw in Gary Jules Madworld instrumental was perfect.

Again...I think it helps knowing why he and Dom are so close and how Carlos Santiago's story went. That scene was very much tied into that.

Ill admit it wasnt nearly as original or fucked up as GOW2s which is like the gaming version of American history Xs curbstomp scene where everyone seems to only talk about THAT.But every bit as impactful and ties in alot of story and character.

If you didnt like the gears3 story Im not sure your taste is 'Boss':yawkey:

How do you unlock Onlyx guard characters? I'm guessing that it's difficult? Or do they come with the DLC?

What about trying to blow through the campaign on Insane on Friday night?

the onyx guard bots are the new final Decoy upgrade
the onyx guard/dizzy the cable guy/dreads girl skin comes with the DLC, probably unlocks after certain ranks

Ive been having a blast with this game. Looking to jump into a game with someone for Horde. Ive only been able to get up to wave 26. I should be free all week after 7p est except on monday
