Shit was MUCH easier on SRIII and IV when the game basically did everything for you.

FLIGHT SCHOOL.

I'm fine when the plane is straight and flying forward but ask me to knife-edge or fly upside down and I start to tense up.

It's a fucking video game and I'm afraid of crashing into a ball of flames. :smh:

I'm terrible with the planes. I've just accepted me getting in one will most likely result in a spectacular death.

How in the hell do you play the game without being in story mode? I played a while yesterday, and though i hit a check point, was going to pick it up quick where i left off and im at the beginning of thhe game.

Thought id play just a casual check it out game, but can only play story....

Getting to old for this shit.

I know you can bring your cell up (up on the d-pad) and I believe it's in settings where you can put your phone on "Sleep Mode" which pretty much pauses the story mode (you won't get calls or texts regarding doing missions). You could do that if you REALLY wanted to just casually play.

Personally, like others said, I just avoid going to the missions and that works just fine for me.

The only reason I'm doing it is because Trevor asked me (as Michael) to get some flying lessons in for an upcoming heist.

What's funny is I picked the sea assault version of said heist but I still want to get my licenses for Michael and Franklin before I finish the game so I don't have to worry about crashing into shit later on.

im fucking the saving up. i just got done playing 50 minutes worth of game, save option inactive on my phone, auto save on. game save file 0.0% (at the beginning.)

i went from the beginning (snow), to the red and white car race to the dealership, to losing the cops, to the garage, and still nothing.

Gotta get to the turn after you start the getaway and turn right before the police blockade.

After that bolt to the next checkpoint before the train passes by and finish the mission.

Can't miss it.
