That seems to be the most credible rumor yet since that was the month listed in the CV for an animator who worked on GTA V. Hopefully, we'll know come E3.

Grand Theft Auto rumours always exist but since the release of Max Payne 3, GTA V based rumours have been flying all over the internet. With only days before E3 2012 gets underway this one might just top them all. Product Reviews has discovered that on a GTA V blog site is the ENTIRE character list that will be involved, including the main character. The level of detail in this blog post does make the idea entirely realistic but of course doesn’t mean anything until confirmed.
This goes without saying that what you might read in the remainder of this post could potentially be packed with spoilers, or maybe nothing at all. NONE of this has been confirmed by either Rockstar or Take Two, yet. So whatever you do with that information, run in terror holding your ears or feel that it’s time to satisfy your curiosity. Here we go.

Product Reviews shows that the blog goes into great detail about plot, potential storyline and characters:

According to the blog, the main character will be a man known as Chico Vialpando – a 20 year old who is successful in life and has no problem ‘getting all of the ladies’. It is when he is tempted to join a local street gang and is introduced to Tony Cipriani when things start to spiral out of control. Cipriani should be ringing your alarm bells immediately, as he’s one of the main characters in Grand Theft Auto III.

So far so good, but it’s after this point that it all gets rather interesting. Also mentioned in this blog post is Leo Johnson, the son of Carl Johnson better known as CJ from GTA: San Andreas. Leo and Chico are cousins and Leo is the last remains of CJ’s legacy, which prompts him to join a street gang and very much follow in CJ’s footsteps.
The suggested plot and characters create a very believable rumour and according to the source, has come directly from a Take Two employee. Remember that this is strictly rumour until confirmed by Rockstar at E3, but that doesn’t stop us from getting very excited.

Link: Grand Theft Auto V expected to sell 14 million at launch

Grand Theft Auto V will sell more at launch than Grand Theft Auto IV managed in its first year on shelves, according to one analyst. Sterne Agee's Arvind Bhatia today released a note to investors, saying he expects the game to debut in the first three months of 2013, posting sales of 14 million copies.

Bhatia said the GTAV launch should bring in about $700 million in revenue for Take-Two, which said it expected just over $1 billion for Rockstar products this fiscal year. With Max Payne 3 the only announced Rockstar title to launch this year, Bhatia believes it "is all but a given" that the publisher is planning to launch GTAV before the March 31, 2013, end of its fiscal year.

For perspective on just how big the game is for the publisher, Take-Two's previous fiscal year saw total revenues of $825.8 million. The publisher has projected this year's sales to hit $1.75 billion to $1.85 billion. That uptick has led to widespread agreement from analysts that GTAV will launch in Take-Two's current fiscal year.

GTAIV debuted in April of 2008 and shipped 13 million before the end of March 2009. The game enjoyed sales over a prolonged stretch of time, as two years later, Take-Two said shipments had reached nearly 20 million.

I highly doubt they run with that story. Everytime theres a new GTA they always come out with a rumor of them continuing an old story or building from it, but GTA always brings something completely new. I expect there to be some cameos of past characters but not a story growing after san andreas ps2

Since the release of Max Payne 3, many fans of GTA V elements found in the new game that might suggest their information. And to our joy, the User Sam_S_Rosevelt of a topic on GTAForums posted several new images that are convincing enough to belong to the new Grand Theft Auto, because many of them have elements that we saw the first trailer for GTA V.You can see below a collection of images and found new justification that they can actually be GTA V:

When you looked at the image above you may have seen a black figure very similar to what was in the trailer of GTA V, and also the first image is on the beach where you may have remembered Los Santos. Now I want to show some hypotheses that can bring the image accuracy.

As you can see above we see a great similarity between the image found in Max Payne 3 and true photos taken from the trailer of GTA V. In the first part we see the rural part, that look much like this because of the graphic quality of the foliage, an element that can also be found in the image apart. In the second we can see the similarity there is between the mountains in the background of the scenarios. And the third, at first we think that the pictures of Max Payne 3 are the slum of Sao Paulo, but if we find the building wiring is very tidy and there is paint on houses, elements that were also found in the images of GTA V.
