Yeah. I don't think you bring in a guy like Martz, and expect to do things the same way. Now, if you guys can keep from canning the guy after one season, you're set. I expect major improvements in 2010, but you need to give the guy more than one year to do it. Don't pull a Detroit, and go from being the 9th best passing offense in one season, to 0-16 the next.
You'll be amazed at what a good OC can do. Martz is one of the best.
