"Freestyle Ballers" as you call yourselves are so cheese. I was trying to explain to my roommate all that they were doing that wouldn't be allowed in a sim league and he just flat out told me to shut up, I wouldn't stop talking. Please explain to me whether you feel Madden Nation is an accurate description of us players in the Madden Nation.
 
It is an accurate depiction of the "Tournament" players however it is in no way an accurate depiction of the hardcore Str8/Sim community. Some play the game for shits, and some play it as a simulation of how football is supposed to be played. How is using FB Dive every play and exploiting AI, a way to tell who is more talented then another player?

It would def be more intresting if they at least added a Sim style bus or section of the bus. They all do the same boring ass cheese plays. And for some reason none of them can ever stop the run.
 
They would never have a SIM bus. Can you imagine all the arguing that would go on. You guys think a league is bad, I couldn't stand 12 grown men arguing in real life over what is SIM. I'd rather watch the cheesers.
 
Lets not forget they are playing the game 1-2 months before the game is released to us. Everyone already knew who was going to win,

it is easier to run a freestyle tourney, less rules to enforce.

sim ball is for the hardcore, freestyle is for the gamers, at least the madden community knows the difference. They had a sim baller on it last year, the guy won a game i think.

Your missing the point of "Sim" completely. Sim isn't about making the game easy as you say, just as im sure freestyle isn't all about exploiting the a.i.

People who play sim are people who would rather play the game of football the way it is actually played, meaning more realistically. Freestyle is more an arcade style of gameplay where you would see many tactics used that would not usually be used in an NFL game.
While most sim ballers consider most freestyle players "Cheese" because they use Nano blitzes, FB dives with the RB ect, freestyle ballers tend to think sim ballers are boring because they feel if it's in the game then you should use it.

Sim play does tend to stir up more arguments, but that's to be expected with more rules than freestyle play.
 
Jesus fucking christ, how old are all of u 3? The entire point of my last post was to try to get people to see both sides, but you ALL keep acting like little kids arguing. It's a game to be played how you wanna play it.

I hate that you started the arguement by saying that Madden is just a game and it will never be realistic, yet you end it with "they do it in real life".

Obviously arguing just to argue. You have a great league, and you're not representing it well at all right now.
 
Both styles have areas that can be enjoyed for me , im not gonna go into it but to say playing sim is putting yourself in a box isint how i see it
