To get it to work, sign up at TradingPaints.com and download their software. You can upload the paint file there, select it for your car and then the software will just run in the background while you play the game so you can see everyone's custom paints.

I know this will happen and I'm sure it will happen again. I just didn't want it happening now. With that said, I'm moving forward and putting it behind me. History.

As others have said, you did absolutely nothing wrong there. That's a dumb ass move to make it three wide on the first lap of the race. The guy should have backed off and waited for a better opportunity to pass.

Watching the races from the blimp cam is a blast. Swarley is playing it smart as he sits in a comfortable 7th place. No cars to take him out and earning points.

That will be my strategy this weekend. Stay out of the way and finish the race as clean as possible.

Well I spun out coming down the hill... AGAIN lol. Gave up 7th place in the process. Some guy blew his engine right in front of me. That was pretty cool lol. A lot cleaner race this time than the first one I was in. Not the best race from me, but my in-race times came down a little bit. Getting more comfortable.

Finished P8 out of 12.

Safety Rating up to 2.66.

Just had by far my best race in the Mazda. Only one incident because some asshole distracted me by bitching about someone wrecking him right as I was taking the turn before the hill and the corkscrew. Ended up going off course. Best part is, the guy that was bitching was racing for 11th, and he was the one who caused the accident!! Pissed me right off.

I ended up finishing 3rd, which is pretty good because I was in the second split. The start was pretty hairy as I almost spun out right after the hairpin turn, but I recovered and made a few overtakes. After that it was straight cruising. I was gonna end up 4th but second place spun on the last lap going up the hill. I'll take a podium any day.

Do it. Ovals are soooooooooooo much fun... granted I'm a big NASCAR fan but the racing is crazy intense. Just got done with a Carburetor Cup race at Talladega. I was running third and had a pretty good tandem going, but the guy running second netcoded into me putting me into the wall with four laps to go.

I wish this week was Charlotte. I felt a lot more comfortable running the car there in testing than I do at USA Speedway.

Yeeeep. Since I've only done a VSN livery for the MX-5, I'm running the City Chevy livery from Days of Thunder on my Street Stock that I found on there haha.

Also got my racing suit and Sebastian Vettel helmet on that site.

Well that was fucking intense. Started 15th and finish 10th, 2 laps down. Hit a guy twice b/c he spun out right in front of me, but there wasn't any damage. I spun later in the race. My Safety Rating for ovals went down to 2.49 .

Made my first content purchase late last night. Went with the Mustang FR500S, BMW Z4 GT3 and Watkins Glen. I definitely want to run the Mustang Cup when I get do D license, so that was an easy choice. You all know how much I love GT3 cars, so yeah, of course I bought the Z4 haha. I know the GT3 series is a long ways away from Rookie, but this car is just awesome. And I've been dying to run Watkins Glen in any game, so I had to have it. Figured I'd wait to do a 3 or 3+ track purchase until I see the season 3 schedule for Global Challenge and Mustang Cup.

Ran both cars around Watkins Glen a little bit. They are so much more fun to drive than the MX-5 lol. With the downforce on those cars, they handle so much better and you can really push them. A lot of fun. And Watkins Glen is just f'ing glorious.

Nope. Haven't turned it on once.

It's actually not as bad as you'd think. I've always found it really tough to go without on consoles. Maybe that's b/c I'm racing with a controller. I don't know. But I've had no problem on iRacing with my depth perception going into turns. Also makes it quite a bit more immersive.
