Not taking anything from LT, but I think the whole "LT played on some terrible teams" is a bit exaggerated. LT has only played through 2 losing seasons in his entire career.
His rookie year they were 5-11, 2nd year 8-8, 3rd year 4-12 and then they began dominating the AFC West.
As I said, not trying to take away any credit from LT as he ran for over 1600 yards and had over 700 receiving yards on that 4-12 team, just saying it wasn't like LT was on a bunch of shitty teams throughout his career.
Up until the 2004 season we were probably bottom 5 in the NFL in terms of talent for at least 5 or 6 straight years (The Leaf Days). If it weren't for LT we definitely wouldn't be close to where we are now.
Although I do agree with most in this thread - when all is said and done I'd have LT at around #6.
