My only real issue with the foul and any cheap shot is that Barea was exposed....any basketball player with a bit of sense should understand what its like to drive the lane, elevate and not expect to be knocked over or undercut while in mid-air. For this reason alone it was certainly a punk move. IMO players have an obligation to protect each other even in the heat of battle. Its one thing to give a hard foul and another thing to take out a defenseless player.
