This episode was a bit blah for me. Not much handled besides:

1) Fake Locke talking about his crazy mother
2) Claire snapping and trying to kill Kate
3) Sawyer is out for himself and will pit Fake Locke against Widmore
4) Widmore wants to kill Fake Locke (guess Widmore was w/ Jacob)


Next week is one of the most anticipated episodes ever

Don't know about that, last season he told Locke that he had to get back to the island or the wrong side would win.

Um... the wrong side could be either side. And he told Locke... to go back to the island...which would mean NOT die, which would mean not being controlled by smokey. Which would mean no death to Jacob...

the show will never answer all the questions it has posed, at least not sufficently, but fuck that, the episode was good because it was Sawyer episode, we had to suffer through two Jack episodes and a Kate episode before getting to a Sawyer, next week should be fantastic

The Richard Alpert episode is 6 minutes longer then usual as well...

Lordy, Lordy, Lordy... I'm so excited, I just can't hide it.

Hopefully instead of a flash-sideways it will head back to a flashback style format for all the Richard parts, since without the Island ever exisiting he would've died a slave on some guys cotton farm 300 years ago.

The Island did exist in the Flash Sideways Universe, it was just sunk sometime after or around the 70's. Ben and his dad were on it for a little while and New Otherton was built. So I'm guessing it sunk sometime around when the "Incident" was suppose to happen.

We only had one Jackcentric episode, the season premier focused on everyone. The Jackcentric episode was pretty damn good as far as the parallel universe goes, but lacked in the on island stuff.

I think its pretty obvious FLocke is evil/bad. Jacob isn't necessarily good, but he wants good to prevail.

Jack is all about people having the free will to do good. He assumes at some point, they will not do evil things.

FLocke (if it is indeed the man in black) believes people are inherently bad.

He wants off the island....why? No idea. He thinks Jacob's idea of wanting to anoint someone the new Jacob to protect the island is hogwash.

You’ve been chomping at the bit for the 12-minute, DVD-only Lost epilogue called “The New Man in Charge,” which sheds a little light on just what happened to Hurley and Ben, post-finale. Now, EW has a picture from the little side-story, and I think one of those old loose ends just got tied up.

The still shows Ben visiting one of several Dharma stations to shut them down, and if you’re thinking that we might finally get an explanation for who it was from Dharma that sent over that food drop in season two…well, maybe! Personally, I think it’s clear from the way Ben’s trench is tenting out and the way he’d holding that knapsack that he’s clearly hiding a baby bump, promising that we’ll learn just what happened when women couldn’t give birth on the island anymore: Men had to do it. If only Sawyer had stuck around a little longer!

I have to get the full series set, my god.

I watched Season 1 and 2 with my dad, every episode, then i literally got lost with all the re-runs being shown and whatnot..but i watched the last half of season 5 and all of the final season..


I've gotta watch all of it, i thought the show was the best thing I've ever seen.

Same here... but I'm strongly considering that Blu-Ray set... would be a real nice addition when I buy my new house

I hate moving old things into new houses so most of my movies etc will be gone
