I think Cincinnatti is a good situation for a coach. You can continue to lose and not get fired (like Marvin Lewis). I think Cincy has pretty good players. The acquisitions of Cedric Benson and TO might have looked dumb at the time, but they have turned out pretty well. I think they have talent, and they've always been good on offense, but Lewis has never been able to construct a solid defense. They got rid of Justin Smith a couple years ago, and he's done really well in SF. Similar to Brian Billick never getting his Ravens offense untracked, I don't know why Lewis can't even get Cincy to play decent defense.
