Madden 10 Demo Impressions

PB how are you getting to the QB. I'm having trouble unless I bring the house.

I'm doing it by controlling my Nickelback or LB and just finding the right holes to go through. :dontknoq: D-lineman is still tricky.

Pass/Run commit, is it in the game? I know its not like NCAA because when I hit LT, its shows the players defensive assignment.

pass/run commit doesnt seem to be there. also wtf is with the names staying under the players now? that is one thing i liked about 09 is that the name under the man disappeared.

i attempted to run hurry up offense late in the game and after i got it to stop the cut scene and go to hurry up and i ran my play...

3/4 of my team was yellow (tired) 2 of them were in the red and my running back was auto subbed... aftre one fucking hurry up play!

Another thing I found that I liked was the ablility to sub in any player on the formation screen. I'm not sure if this has been in past Madden games and I haven't noticed, but I discovered it today. It helped a lot when the Steelers kept doing the hurry up and finally got an incomplete and I was able to sub in different players. All you do is just put the circle around the players number and hit RB and a list of players and their overalls comes up.

Something I've realized with the demo... If you exit the demo to the dash, you wont find the demo in the game library with the rest of your demos and arcade games. I had to go to account management>download history>Madden 10 demo to play it again. I'm not sure why this is.

Ok, I deleted the 1 min demo now the 5 min shows up in the game library. Weird stuff but w/e.

I'm getting fairly decent pressure with my DE's now since using the RS. Usually by the time I get to him the ball is out of his hands though or I hit him while he's throwing it making him throw a duck. I'm not worried really, it will be totally different against a human, especially someone who doesn't make fast reads.

p.s. Polamalu has the whole deep right side on lock down :laugh:

Better than 09. Slightly better than NCAA 10. Still not really impressed.

Well I’m a Steelers fan so that I have no problem doing that. I know last year it was hard as heck to get pressure with Harrison and Woodley. Even when I blitzed.

I can win on AM with the Boys consistently now . With the G-Men its AP lol

Is All-Madden supposed to be unbeatable or something, I just won pretty easily as the Cardinals on AM.
