gross. I feel bad for people who have to play this game. These dicks were on the right track with 2k7, but 2k8 and 2k9 were complete trash

Honestly I loved 2k7. I played more games of 2k7 online than all other baseball games combined.

I recently spent some time down in sunny San Diego putting my hands on a build of MLB 2K10 for the very first time and I can say that maybe, just maybe, 2K Sports got some things right with this year's game.

I swear they just copied that statement (finally got something right) from 2k8 and 2k9 too.

This is the first time I'm not buying the game day of, I'm waiting a week or two to really find out the dirt on it. The article honestly reads to me as there are still problems but not too bad and I still want to get free trips to 2k Studios so I'm not going to say anything real bad.

2k8 is the biggest trainwreck. 2k7 had great elements and looked on the right path but 2k8 was just... BAD. eventually they patched it and it turned out okay but that one set the series back 2-3 years.

I bought 2k9 the day it came out and barely played it. There's no way I'm doing that again. Hopefully one of my roommates brings a PS3 next year...

while i loved the show 09, i just dont feel like it was a big improvement over the 2008 version. They polished the game and added animations and stuff that i didnt feel made enough of a difference to warrant a 60 dollar purchase. i did buy it, but if they dont implement an analog control scheme i will have to re think buying it

this article talks about how no game has been fun since mvp 05. I disagree with that, but the show needs to be innovative and make the gamplay feel fun and not so repetitive....they can start by doing what MVP did in 05

Ive never played 2k7 but i did get 2k8 last year for 10$ and i didnt see anything wrong with it. I had fun playing it. However ive never played the Show..

I feel they need an analog pitching/batting/fielding mechanic. They are all too easy (especially pitching) with the current button/timing setup.

2k has at least gotten that part implemented, but the show would need to improve on it.

And have the default option their too so everyone has a choice

Pretty damn easy to make a good baseball game.....

Take Mlb 2k7 and add new rosters
Turn down the homeruns
Take away the rob homers and the dive popups
Leave the visuals alone (they have gotten worse since surprisingly)
Add a couple new animations
Maybe a new game mode (online franchise?)

Boom! $60 game right there. But they fucked it up and its been getting worse sense.
