What about the last DLC for ME2 that wasn't included on the original PS3 release? Or the pretty significant "DLC" that only people who bought the CE of ME3 got or paid the extra $10?

The last DLC for ME2 was release two months after the PS3 version hit the shelves.

As for the ME3 DLC, it would have been nice if it was included in the game, but it doesn't change the tone of the game much if you don't have it.

I know, which makes no sense why it isn't included in this package.

I keep hearing that the character, a prothean (?), you get in the ME3 DLC is pretty significant to the story.

The PS3 set and ME1 download will release on December 4th. For the PS3 versions, ME1 will include Bring Down the Sky (no mention of Pinnacle Station), and ME2 will have the same DLC as the retail version (i.e. all story DLC except Arrival). ME3 won't have additional DLC included either.

The DLC included for PC/360 remains the same as previously stated except the PC version is supposed to come with Pinnacle Station included for free per the linked blog post. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or if EA will make it free on Origin next week.

I'll want to say I'll just DL ME1 on December the 4th and be done with it.

Hopefully they'll include some patch that'll port over my decisions from 1 over to 2.

If not, I still have 2 and 3 and no fucks will be given as I still have almost all the DLC for those two games anyway.

If the ME1 save isn't compatible with existing ME2 copies, I imagine there will be a shit storm.

DA2 was fine until they purposefully used the same 4-5 dungeon maps (and literally rotated them in some cases, blocking off certain sections and reopening them in others) and fucked up the 3rd act royally.

 

Once you or someone with you kills the Arishok/talks down the Arishok, the story jumps ahead way too far and goes off the rails just to start up the plotline for DA3.

Shit was rushed out and instead of getting additional story content/fixes like ME3 got, they pissed away all that goodwill on one-off DLC.

i didnt say that....lol...i was speaking in terms of DA3 better be AMAZING for me to even consider buying it after DA2

the maps thing that jay mentioned is true, but it went beyond that. the fighting was cool, but didnt have much strategy involved. plus the game had some really watered down rpg aspects which killed the game. i can understand ME2 streamlining things because alot of it was bad in ME1....but DA1 was fantastic and only needed a touch up with a new story...but they butchered DA2

Everytime I see a ME trailer or hear that music, I just want to drop my life and start a 1 through 3 session.
