Meeting Goes Wrong, Cutler Officially asks to be Traded

How anyone can say Cutler is stupid or like TO (even though I don't think TO was bad in Dallas) is laughable. His team tried to trade him away and instead of doing the smart thing and just saying it was in the past and lets move on, the coach basically says how he still isn't completely sold on him and that if he could, he would get his former backup QB.

I'm not going to say Cutler isn't being slightly a baby, but McD did the complete wrong thing. When making amends, you don't bring up shit like that, you just say "Hey, it was in the past, you're our QB" and move on. That is exactly what Cutler even wanted to hear. Those meetings are a dime a dozen in any professional field and the fact that Denver's coach couldn't pull that off is remarkable.

I could see the Bucs trying to get Cutler, but the most likely senario is him going to Detroit for picks. The 9ers would be good for him as well, but I don't know their status on draft picks or cap room off hand. I don't see him going to the Vikings as has been mentioned, but stranger shit has happened.

McDaniels is going a long way to fucking up his own coaching career before it's even started. If he trades Cutler, he's got to train his own QB up from nothing. Matt Cassell spent a long time playing with Brady learning what to do, so for McD to think he can draft a QB and make him a star in the short time he'll get (shorter for getting rid of Cutler and pissing off the fan base) is a tad arrogant.

McD didnt come into being the coach saying I want to trade Jay Cutler know matter what. He tried to acquire Cassel and couldnt. I dont blame him for trying to acquire Cassel because Cassel had success in McD style of offense and Cutler is almost the exact opposite of Cassel. Cassel is very accurate with the short passes while cutler is more of the throw it long type. Since they didnt acquire Cassel, McD probably said ok Cutler will be our QB. But no, Cutler decided to half a little bitch fit and take everything to the media instead of talking behind closed doors like your suppose to do. If he some how does stay in Denver then I expect Brian Dawkins to sit him down and talk some sense in him weather Cutler likes it or not.
