Its only $5. I used to play my boys around the way $40 or $80 a game....Like Mobb said if you can't put up $5 then get ya ass out the thread.

LOL..right. $20/game was the minimum around my way. Then you had them dudes who only played double or nothing. Got some good pay days back in high school -- lol.

Your going to get some people who only want to play for money
People seeing money games and deciding this place is not for him and thus killing growth.

If you guys got a group of 10 or so of you gamblin it on madden then its ok, and you all have to find a system everyone agrees upon.

My man.... You act as if we are new to playing for money.... Most of us done this in our neighborhoods.

On some real...I really don't care how you play if we play for money..Just don't glitch me. For all I care you can go for it on your own 20 yard line because if I stop you then I am closer to the Endzone.

which is why i suggested incorporating the tracker. guys who want to be in the money tourney should have X number of tracker games played to get in. even if they play someone who doesnt want to get in the tourney. this forces them to be active every month if they want to play in the tourney to make money and not just sit on their hands and come around with its $$ time

I think anyone that wants to put out the $5 should be allowed in the tournament. Some guys already have so many games played it wouldn't even matter anyway.

On a side note I will stick this thread or update it with some more info when I get home.

the tracker has been dead lately. you would rather guys show up here once a month for a money tourney instead of giving them something to play for all month?

If the game didn't have all these problems the tracker wouldn't be dead. I'd rather have guys here playing games once a month then not here at all. Madden is the worse sports game out of all four major sports. NHL > Madden, 2k > Madden, MLB the Show > Madden. Guys have no reason to play Madden. If guys want to play for Madden let them. If guys want to enter a cash tournament, let them.

I think you should have to send the guy the cash within 24 hours. No one should sign up unless they have a confirmed paypal account.

How exactly was I being? Honest? I said nothing out of line. Just stating my opinion on why the tracker is dead. The tracker doesn't need to be resurrected we just need to have more activity and until EA fixes the game that wont happen.

you didn't say anything out of line at all. thats your opinion of how you feel. I respect that. I just thought, being a mod of this area, that you would want as much activity as possible. Yea, we all know the game has flaws, and the fact that you pointed out that they will probably never fix it leaves me to believe that every year, this will be the same way. You dont want the tracker to be "resurrected" but at one point the tracker was THE thing that made this forum(well at MM) what it was. I just thought that adding an incentive to use the tracker would help with the activity. Like I said, if you prefer people to play league games and just come here once a month for a money tourney, thats fine as well. I personally dont think thats good for this area, but thats just my opinion

I understand where you're coming from.

There's only so much you can do when the game doesn't interest people. I think Mobb and myself are almost lost with where to go from here. Hopefully like you said this whole money idea will bring things back to life. I'm optimistic but at the same time I have my doubts.

I personally dont think it will, but thats just me. I just think we are going in the wrong direction if people are only coming around when there is money on the line. It is what it is though. I probably wont play in too many, personally.

Thats why I say use a gambling site like gamersaloon and you dont have to worry about the payment guys...THINK....i TRUST THE HELL OUT OF YOU.. but we all know what a $ bill can do for a friendship....just signup for gamersaloon or bringit and bet games like that...

At least on that site...i can see that he has money in his account ....I report the game and THEN I get my money....I dont have to wait for mofo to say "I'll put it in tonite!!!!"...
