Is anybody having more fun with this Madden offline then online? Usually it's the other way around for me but im having fun offline for the first time in years.
The day the adapter came out for the PS2, I quit franchise play. Not anything against it, just not my game, so I understand those that do enjoy it
Although not every game since the PS2 adapter has been at the top of the list for me, I never once gave up on each year's game.
This year is different. And I can only speak for myself. I will, for the first time since the introduction of the PS2 adapter, consider an offline franchise, so I can try and get the benefit of my $60.
When August rolls around in 2010, if I'm still breathing, I will not pre-order Madden under any circumstance. I will sit back and wait till the EA so-called developers decide, based on another "sceintific poll" on how they might change a product that was sold to the public originally.
If a car dealer sold you a car and then said, "well, we decided to change the way the computer in the engine controlled things of your car, you would take that car back and tell them to shove it up their stupid ass" and never buy there again.
That equates a problem, there is not another car dealer that we can go to..yet!
A long way to answer your question, Rush, and not sure it is an exacting answer to your question, but as yet, I'm not having fun doing either, online or offline. The latter, maybe in time.
Uncharted 2 demo comes out the 15th..the game 10/13....and a lot more great games just around the corner.
Madden League commttments are still cool.
