National Signing Day Stream/Coverage

I'm happy with the class that USF has pulled in today - one of the best in the program's history. We got two players in the ESPNU 150 with Chandler and Terrence Mitchell. I think Mitchell was a big coup from FSU so it shows the continued in-roads the program is making on the recruiting trail.
 
Meh, Henderson is a great player, but in the end Ohio State will live on. Seantrel is a good kid and I have no qualms about him going elsewhere... but his dad needs to back up off a bit to put it mildly.

Here's a quote from Henderson:
Henderson also thought it was interesting that U.S.C. would appear before the N.C.A.A.’s committee on infractions between Feb. 19 and 21 because Seantrel’s two sisters have birthdays on Feb. 20 and Feb. 21.

Not ground breaking by any stretch of the imagination, but it's par for the course with Kentucky football towards the end of the Rich Brooks era. How will next season go? Much like the last few. They'll beat a couple teams they shouldn't have, and lose a couple games they had no business losing.

I respect you for supporting your football program as much as you do your bball. I know it must be hard as a Kentucky fan during the fall. But props for not being a Texas/Florida/USC/Penn St./etc. fan for 3 months out of the year like every UNC and Duke basketball fan I've ever met.
 
Da'Rick Rogers can go get blown by Mike Nance some more as he uses DR to get a scholarship for his spoiled little fucker of a kid, and a shitty 2* QB at that. Fuck, this has me all riled up.

Goddamnit I can't wait for DR to come to Athens next year and MAYBE catch a pass. One, so Rambo can knock the shit outta him, and two, so we can boo him...loudly.

wasnt directed towards me but....

In high school i was ridiculed to no end for cheering for UK football in Tennessee. I made sure as a Kentucky basketball fan to always root for them in football. It pissed me off to no end to have all these Vols fans who would always talk shit during football season and then during basketball season tell me "this is TN we dont care about basketball". I have a UK flag flying on my front porch as a big eff you to all the Vols fans around here.


In summary if you cheer for one team in football and another in basketball you shouldnt be allowed to call yourself a fan of any program.



UK did their usual thing grabbing a bunch of kids from GA and SC. We only had 2 in state kids in this class. 11th ranked TE Alex Smith will hopefully come in and start. Production from the TE spot has been lacking since Jacob Tamme turned pro.

The thing that chaps my ass is Louisville finished 49th and UK finished 50th in the Scout.com ranking of recruiting classes. Even though UK had more 4 star kids and neither school had a 5 star kid. We cant lose to Louisville in anything, including recruiting rankings, or i get very irate.


edit: i'll take the moral victory as Rivals has UK 49th and UofL 51st :) :)

I played against seantrel henderson in high school a couple years ago. I was a senior defensive lineman and he was starting as a sophomore. He kicked my ass

Michael Floyd whos at notre dame right now was also on that offense, as well as the minnesota gopher's running back and their backup qb too. we got creamed lol
 
My 2nd favorite college football team is MTSU due to me living about 2 miles from campus and my wife going to school there...

YOu would think after a 10 win season, Miss State taking the D coordinator, east carolina wanting the head coach and beating BCS conference schools the past few years they could get a few good recruits. Nope, 97th ranked recruiting class.

8 -3 star kids
a bunch of in state kids nobody else really wanted.


They'll try to do it how they normally do it with a bunch of JC transfers and hope to have some big name programs leftovers transfer over the next few years. Coach Stockstill really seems to develop talent well and make a lot out of a little. Im hoping he can do it again.
The Sun Belt's most dynamic player is back in form of QB Dwight Dasher so the Blue Raiders have a fighting chance again next year.

Maybe but from what I hear/read....4 days ago. Also I don't follow it, so I guess he wants to stick it to TX and one reason he went to OU. A&M's Oline recruit was pretty good this year but once again D needs work.
