Kaman, Dirk Win Player Of The Week Honors

Teammates this past summer for Germany at the Olympic Games in Beijing, Chris Kaman and Dirk Nowitzki both received player of the week awards for the Eastern and Western conferences, respectively.

"That's pretty coincidental," joked Kaman. "For me and Dirk to get it in the same week."

"Better late than never." Kaman added when referring to himself winning the award in the second to last week of this year's regular season.

Kaman's dominance on the defensive end helped the Pacers clinch their first playoff berth in 2 years and has Kaman on the way to a possible Defensive Player of the Year Award.

Kaman tallied up 2 double doubles, had 3 20+ point games while averaging 4 blocks a game in games played between April 5th-11th.​

Yep, the Suns will probably finish with the best record in the league. They are 55-26 and play the Warriors next. Lakers finished season at 55-27.

Rediculously fast which allowed me to lead the league in steals and also push the ball in transition often. His lack of an outside shot frustrated me to no end though. He does have a player option but I may attempt to trade him for a point with an outside shot this offseason.

The only thing Wally was consistent at was being inconsistent. When he's on, he's on but when he's off, his offense is nowhere to be found. His defense is forgettable at best. He was decent to get me through this year but his large expiring is what he will be remembered most for in Indiana.

A cheap man's Lebron. At least for me he was. Well, maybe a Lebron with a much nicer jumper. Granger is my go to guy and my most efficient player by a landslide. Franchise is being built around him as it should be.

Defensive powerhouse. Grew a knack for scoring with him as time progressed. Became a solid 2nd/3rd scoring option for me. Incredible rebounder and shot blocker. All-Star caliber center alongside Danny.

Didn't like his game much at all at start of season. Total opposite now. He is probably the 2nd best defender on the team besides Kaman and a very solid player off the bench on both sides of the ball. A surprisingly adept passer as well in stretches where he played the point. Will more than likely accept his team option this year despite the 7 million dollar price tag.
