Nice. Needed a new show. I almost bought the first season of this on DVD this weekend, glad I held off.

Also, Battlestar Galactica is a solid show. All four seasons on Instant. It kind of loses its way after the 2nd season but the other two are still worth a watch. I'm not a huge sci-fi guy but this is a really well done character based drama.

South of the Border was a great documentary. Oliver Stone did a great job.
 
Been watching Trailer Park Boys for awhile now. People have told me to watch it for some time and I just started watching it the other night.

I started watching it last week and I like it. I don't know if the fact that it's British makes it fresh for me or what because I've never liked cop shows. The main character is also a bit more likeable than most of the cunts you usually see.
 
I finished the first series and pretty much enjoyed it, had some gripes with the last couple episodes though.

 
It seems a pretty big plot hole that everyone kind of forgot about the American that Ian shot in the head in the hotel. They kind of just moved past that.

Also I saw the whole "recording the confession" thing coming reeeally far away, that has to be one of the most used plot devices ever for investigation shows.

I won't even bitch about the cliffhanger ending though since it seems that that is pretty much the norm for TV shows now.
