Props to the Bears for fighting all the way to the end of the game. It was really anyone's game until Shields sealed it with the pick. The way both teams, especially the defenses, is just the way a Bears/Packers game should go.
Having said that, I would like to see all the Bears fans that were, understandably, not giving GB a chance to come in here and give GB props. I mean, the packers played THREE tough teams on the road. GB EARNED the right to go to the SB.

Was a good game and admittedly I thought the game was over once Cutler was out only to be suddenly terrified by Hanie. I definitely didn't see that coming. Rodgers didn't play great which didn't surprise me with how familiar the teams are.

We did it!!! I was too young to truly enjoy the 96/97 Super Bowl and I am ecstatic to get to experience it again. Not gonna lie, it really hasn't sunk in 100% yet.

I was 13 and 14 for the last two. Definitely old enough that I remember it and I remember the excitement and what not.
Basically the difference now is that I now have a greater appreciation and understanding of how rare it can be to get to a SB and I am old enough to drink and celebrate. The second part of that being the biggie.

I'm glad that the Packers defense showed up to save the day when it started to look like the offense was taking the 2nd half off. Considering how good they looked to start the game, I was wondering if Rodgers might have gotten a concussion off of that Peppers hit and that maybe McCarthy went into ultra conservative mode to try and protect him from another hit....not that McCarthy needs a reason to go into ultra conservative mode. If Rodgers would have left the game with another concussion, I doubt he would even be available for the Super Bowl with 3 in one season.

Hopefully Rodgers is just fine as has been reported. They wouldn't tell us if he wasn't feeling good anyway. Just like there's no way the Bears would report if Cutler's knee was perfectly fine.
He never looked right after the hit and really couldn't move the ball down the field at all. Props to the defense for coming up with the big play we really needed, even though they gave up a quick TD right after it. Not sure what Collins was doing on that play.
