I'm fairly certain you're going to give me a little hell about #1.

Looking back now, I should have made this a top 20 instead, because there's so many great movies that won't make it, like ''Ghost World'' and ''Almost Famous,'' just to name two.

Liking this so far. Very intrigued as to what #1 will be now that you've made it sound so questionable.

My personal favorite from this decade would be City of God, which I expect to see somewhere near the top of your list.

That'd be in my top 3, not sure if Nuke liked it or not haven't talked to him about it. That's one where you either love the hell out of it or think it was stupid.

I thought it was an amazingly shot movie with a very compelling story, but Nuke may disagree.

Children of Men is easily up there with my favorites of the decade. (and ever)

One of my top 10 favorites of 2006. Unfortunately, I feel that it got overlooked for the most part, due to films like ''The Departed,'' ''Babel,'' ''Children of Men,'' and of course Clint Eastwood hogging the spotlight. Fortunately, this movie was so much more than just wanting to be in the spotlight. I just recently found out that both Roger Ebert and Rolling Stone had it at #6 of 2006, which is a pleasant surprise.

I'm sure a lot of you have this one higher on your favorites, but to be honest with you, I didn't even have ''The Departed'' as the #1 movie in 2006. The movie I had rated higher, will be showing up in about two more spots (and I still stand behind it.) That's not taking anything away from ''The Departed,'' because honestly, what's the difference between a 4 star movie, and a 4 star movie?

I found this one browsing the local video store, and decided to give it a go. I didn't expect much, but what I found, was a rare gem. They had a total of one copy, and if you ask 10 random people, what they thought about ''Station Agent,'' you'd be lucky to find one who knows anything about it. I'm not saying it's a better film than ''The Departed,'' because it's not. But it's one of my personal favorite films of the decade. The 90's also brought a rare gem into my collection called ''The Interview'' with Hugo Weaving, which is another film I highly recommend.

But solid cast all around.

without a doubt, Cannavale needs to do more things. That and Fast Food Nation are the only movies I can think of that he was in off the top of my head. (and that hilarious Lucky Louie promo).
